A. Refund policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (EC Spengler, Bahnhofstrasse 11, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland, Email: info@palm-jewerly.ch) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Instructions

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.
2) Do not send the goods back to us postage due.
3) Please note that points 1-2 above are not prerequisites for the valid exercise of the right of cancellation.
