Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email for every order. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder. If you have any questions, please contact us via the contact form or email info@palm-jewelry.ch.

You can only change or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case!
If you've forgotten an item, simply place a new order. If possible, we'll gladly combine your orders for you.

If you are not satisfied with your ordered items, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt – provided they are unworn and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that show signs of use or arrive after the deadline.

Please contact us before returning the item and provide your order number.

Note: The safest way to pack the items is in their original packaging. If this is no longer available, a padded envelope or a sturdy cardboard box will also work. We advise against using an envelope or letter envelope.

We use high-quality stainless steel, 14k or 18k gold-plated, which is vacuum coated – for particularly long-lasting shine and high resistance.

In addition, we use materials such as zirconia, natural freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones (e.g. rose quartz, labradorite, moss agate), which make each piece of jewelry unique through their colors, structures and shimmer.

Your gold-plated PALM stainless steel jewelry is made for everyday use - occasional contact with water in everyday life will not harm it.

The gold plating (PVD or IP) is high-quality and durable, but can be damaged by strong friction or aggressive chemicals such as perfume, creams, chlorine, or cleaning agents. With a little care, however, your jewelry will remain beautiful for several years.

Our jewelry is durable, but not indestructible. We recommend avoiding contact with chemical products (perfume, soaps, chlorine, disinfectants, etc.). Additionally, when you're not wearing your jewelry, you should store it in an airtight container (e.g., a jewelry box or pouch).

Use lukewarm water to clean your jewelry. Afterwards, be sure to dry your jewelry carefully and gently with a soft cloth.
